Specifically, we are looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join our Berlin office.
About the role
As Account Executive you’re working right at the heart of our business, driving revenue and growth across the Nordic region. You draw on the team’s support to actively search out and build new relationships with clients and partners, from introduction to contract signature. This is not a conveyor belt in which you sign and move on, we want to genuinely help usher in the era of emissions-free mobility and that means building and nurturing meaningful partnerships. Any obstacle you find in the way of that mission, you remove.
You will work remotely but closely with the rest of the Sales, Operations and IT teams to help build an awesome product and ensure our clients achieve their goals. You’ll be part of an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within our team, with a common goal to improve our product and build out the company’s foundations. The tech is fascinating, you help bring it to market. If you have a better way of doing things, we want to hear it. Responsibilities include:
Prospected and closed new business opportunities in the EV charging market through targeted outreach and networking across the Nordic countries.
Translated client needs into tailored solutions using deep product knowledge and a consultative approach.
Delivered impactful demos and presentations, navigating long sales cycles with persistence and insight.
Built strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive client success and retention.
Developed and executed sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach in the Nordics.
Partnered with internal teams to create customized proposals aligned with client objectives.
Monitored market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach and identify new opportunities.

About you
We are looking for a senior Account Executive with at least 7 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in a complex high-tech environment. You’re a native speaker of a Nordic language, fluent in English, and comfortable working remotely.
The role involves mostly remote work, with occasional travel to Berlin (about once a month), or onsite work three days a week if you live in Berlin. You are self-driven, able to manage projects independently, and work well with the team.
Knowledge of the electric vehicle charging industry, energy markets and associated technologies is a bonus.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team while independently moving your own projects forward.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
