Your role
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to build the foundation of our brand, from positioning to tone of voice to persona-driven messaging. A brand book is in the works, but the real work starts now, making sure our story lands with the right people, in the right way, across Europe.
This is a role for someone who understands how a strong brand helps scale a company, align teams, and win markets. You’ll define who we are, who we’re for, and how we show up, across every touchpoint, from sales decks to job posts. You’ll work closely with our founders and sales teams to embed the brand in everything we do. Along the way, you’ll also lay the foundation for account based marketing, aligning messaging tightly with high-value prospects and key accounts.
Define and maintain our brand positioning;
Identify key target audiences and personas, for example automotive, CPOs, energy providers;
Translate complex technology into clear, compelling storytelling;
Build and guard a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints;
Shape and execute the content strategy, from thought leadership to case studies;
Support the rollout of our brand in the German and Dutch markets;
Work with internal and external creatives, writers, and strategists
Lay the foundation to grow the brand team, with you in the lead
About you

You’re someone who sees branding as more than just visuals or slogans, you know that a great brand creates meaning, trust, and momentum. You’re hands-on and strategic, happy to start small but with big ambitions. You care deeply about consistency, storytelling, and the details that make a brand feel human.
A portfolio of work showing how you've shaped or scaled a brand;
Affinity with complex, technical products or innovation-driven sectors;
A structured mindset with the ability to build from scratch;
Excellent English communication skills, and you're a native Dutch or German speaker
Bonus, experience in mobility, energy, or SaaS environments.
