About the job

As Customer Engagement Manager you make sure new clients feel at home fast. From the moment they sign until everything runs smoothly, you’re their go-to person. You coordinate the setup, chase the right people and make sure everyone knows what’s next.

You turn a long list of to-dos into a clear plan. One day you guide a client through testing an API, the next you check if internal teams hit their milestones. You keep things moving, communicate clearly and make sure go-live feels effortless.

  • You align clients and teams on goals, timelines and deliverables

  • You translate questions into action

  • You share progress, prevent surprises and fix blockers early

  • You collect feedback and turn it into better processes

After go-live you stay in touch checking in, sharing updates and helping clients get the most out of our platform. Of course, you work closely with account management.

  • Salary range: Between €4500 and €6000 a month

About you

You love connecting people, projects and progress. You’re at your best when things are moving fast and you enjoy turning complex setups into smooth experiences without losing your cool. Clients see you as reliable and clear. And your colleagues love that you always know what’s going on.

  • 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation or customer success

  • You have technical experience and understand how to coordinate technical setups or integrations

  • You have a valid work visa for the Netherlands and can be in Arnhem regularly

Depentent on the role we do a quick introduction by phone to see if there's a match on the basics. After that you'll meet the Hiring Manager or Team Lead. We'll tell you more about Deftpower, and we'd love to get to know you as a person. For some roles you'll work on a short case. Next, you will talk to a teammate so that you can get a good feel for the role and the Deftpower. For IT roles, this is when you receive the offer. For sales and operations roles there's often a third interview to give you an even broader picture of Deftpower.
