About the job
As DevOps Engineer at Deftpower you make sure our platform runs smoothly every day. You are the calm in the storm when systems need attention, the one who spots potential issues before anyone else notices. Your work keeps drivers charging and clients happy.
What makes this role unique is the mix of hands-on problem-solving and big-picture thinking. You dive into data, fix incidents and make processes smarter so that everything we build keeps scaling with our fast growth. You work closely with Development, Data Engineers and Customer Engagement. Together you make sure clients experience seamless operations and a reliable service they can count on.
Monitor the performance and stability of our platform to keep uptime high
Resolve incidents fast while documenting root causes and prevention measures
Implement improvements that make systems scalable and efficient
Automate repetitive tasks and create smarter workflows

Salary range: Between €4500 and €5700 a month

About you
You enjoy connecting dots across systems and teams. You are detail-oriented yet curious about how things work behind the scenes. You like solving problems, not just fixing them. You succeed at Deftpower when you combine precision with collaboration and keep a cool head in fast-changing situations.
3+ years of experience in a technical operations or DevOps-related role
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to trace root causes in complex systems
Affinity with automation and process optimization
You must have a valid work visa and live near Arnhem. Although we are flexible in remote working, this is not a fully remote position

Depentent on the role we do a quick introduction by phone to see if there's a match on the basics. After that you'll meet the Hiring Manager or Team Lead. We'll tell you more about Deftpower, and we'd love to get to know you as a person. For some roles you'll work on a short case. Next, you will talk to a teammate so that you can get a good feel for the role and the Deftpower. For IT roles, this is when you receive the offer. For sales and operations roles there's often a third interview to give you an even broader picture of Deftpower.
