About the job

One of our core development teams is growing fast. To make sure they can keep delivering at their best, we're bringing in an experienced Scrum Master to give them the support and space to do exactly that.

You run the ceremonies, clear the blockers, and keep delivery sharp. You coach the team toward self-organization, make sure the backlog is sprint-ready, and give stakeholders a clear view of progress and risks. You know how to read a team and get the best out of it.

About you

You have solid, proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS environment and you know how to make Agile actually work, not just look good on paper. You're hands-on and pragmatic, someone who reads a team quickly and knows when to coach, when to facilitate, and when to just get out of the way. Scale-up energy doesn't faze you; you're used to moving fast and making decisions without a perfect playbook. Experience in EV, energy, or mobility is a plus, but a sharp eye for team dynamics and delivery matters more.

The details

20–32 hours per week, preferably on-site in Arnhem when the team is there. Starting assignment of ~3 months, with potential to extend, in scope, hours, or across teams.
