Your role
Until now, marketing has been something we’ve done "on the side", but that’s about to change. That’s why we need you!
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to establish a strong foundation for all marketing efforts and operations. A solid positioning strategy is already in place, and you’ll build on that. But where you’ll truly make Deftpower a household name is by creating and optimizing high-performing funnels.
We focus on the German and Dutch markets, and you’ll work closely with Sales and Business Development to position Deftpower as the leading player in EV charging. You won’t do this alone, you’ll have the opportunity to hire two team members to strengthen your department.
Develop and execute a marketing strategy for different customer segments (CPOs, energy providers, automotive);
Build marketing funnels and define buyer personas;
Create and coordinate content (even our founders will start writing under your guidance!);
Hire and lead your own marketing team.
About you
At Deftpower, we are all entrepreneurs in our own roles, constantly innovating and improving. We work on both a strategic and operational level, and we expect the same from you!
We’d love to see a track record of your previous experience, especially where you’ve built something from 0 to 1. If you can also tell us about your team leadership experience, we’ll be even more excited!
You have experience in B2B SaaS, clean tech, or mobility;
You have worked in a scale-up and know how to professionalize, scale, and align marketing with sales;
You are data-driven and strong in full-funnel marketing, positioning, and messaging;
You are fluent in English and German and/or Dutch.
