About the team

Deftpower is building a new Marketing team with a Marketing Lead, an Event Manager and now two core hires: a PR & Content Manager and a Product Marketing Manager. With proven product–market fit, a recent €12.5 million investment and the trust of leading eMobility brands across Europe, we are ready to build a marketing function that matches our momentum.

As a white-label platform we grow by making our customers successful. That means we don’t just promote Deftpower, we also support clients as they bring new features - such as Smart Charging - to end users: EV drivers and fleet managers.

In this role you own a defined area of marketing end-to-end, with close support from the Marketing Lead and in collaboration with Product, Commercial teams and our CEO. It’s a role for someone ready to step up: a strong mid-level or senior contributor who wants more ownership, strategic influence and the chance to shape how a category-defining B2B company shows up.

About the job

As Product Marketing Manager, you turn features into products, products into stories, and stories into adoption. You work across all commercial, product and customer-facing teams to ensure everyone is aligned and everything we ship lands with clarity and impact.

This is a role for someone who loves to simplify complexity, understands customer needs at multiple levels and brings structure to every step of the go-to-market process.

  • Define product positioning and messaging across all customer and commercial touchpoints

  • Gather customer insights and translate them into input for product strategy and go-to-market decisions

  • Coordinate end-to-end product launches and align all teams around clear GTM plans

  • Maintain and update website content, product pages and knowledge base to support adoption

  • Create enablement materials such as pitch decks, feature explainers, one-pagers and onboarding content

  • Salary range: between €5000,- and €7000,- a month

  • 8% holliday allowance, 25 vacations days, pension well arranged

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, SaaS or a strategic customer-facing role

  • Proven ability to translate complex functionality into clear, simple value propositions

  • Experience coordinating product launches and creating GTM materials such as messaging frameworks, pitch decks and explainers

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer insights and turn them into direction
