About the job
Our white-label platform runs across Europe and every client has its own style, voice, and look. As a UI Designer at Deftpower, you give shape and color to there brands in our app. You make it all work together: sharp design, smooth handovers and a consistent feel that still leaves room for personality.
Keep our design system simple, beautiful and ready for every client brand
Design interfaces for apps and portals that adapt to each client
Turn complex brand rules into patterns that just make sense
Work side by side with developers to bring your designs to life
Keep an eye on details, nothing goes live until it feels right
One day you’re deep into minimal blue tones, the next you’re exploring bold green gradients. Each project feels fresh, new colors, new stories, new brands. You’ll balance freedom and structure, finding smart ways to make every design fit into our growing system.

Salary range: Between €4000,- and €5500,- a month

About you
You’ll fit right at Deftpower if you don’t mind a bit of chaos, the good kind that comes with fast growth and big ideas.
You’re someone who takes initiative and makes clear choices. You like to build structure where it’s needed, but you also know when to just get things done.
You have 3+ years of experience in UI or digital product design
Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, with a sharp eye for detail and consistency
Experience working with design systems and multi-brand or white-label products
You must have an EU passport or valid work visa and live near Arnhem.

Here's what you can expect when you apply at Deftpower:
Depentent on the role we do a quick introduction by phone to see if there's a match on the basics. After that you'll meet the Hiring Manager or Team Lead. We'll tell you more about Deftpower, and we'd love to get to know you as a person. For some roles you'll work on a short case. Next, you will talk to a teammate so that you can get a good feel for the role and the Deftpower. For IT roles, this is when you receive the offer. For sales and operations roles there's often a third interview to give you an even broader picture of Deftpower.
