Those who want to work on a concrete solution for grid congestion, enabling the energy transition to continue. About you

You thrive in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment and enjoy working with a team that values innovation, transparency and impact. At Deftpower you succeed when you combine technical expertise with curiosity and collaboration.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a sales related role

  • Strong knowledge of te energy market or E-mobility is a must

  • Experience with SaaS is a plus!

  • You must have valid work visa for working in NL and you are willing to come to the office in Arnhem or Berlin twice a week

Here's what you can expect when you apply at Deftpower:

Depentent on the role we do a quick introduction by phone to see if there's a match on the basics. After that you'll meet the Hiring Manager or Team Lead. We'll tell you more about Deftpower, and we'd love to get to know you as a person. For some roles you'll work on a short case. Next, you will talk to a teammate so that you can get a good feel for the role and the Deftpower. For IT roles, this is when you receive the offer. For sales and operations roles there's often a third interview to give you an even broader picture of Deftpower.
